Strictly come dancing 2009 is back for series 7 once again with Bruce Forsyth and Tess Daly. Starts Friday 18th September on BBC 1 with a Ballroom night followed by a Latin night on Saturday. 8 Couples will dance on week 1 followed by the remaining 8 on week 2. Claudia is back on It Takes Two - BBC2 week nights at 6.30, she has the lasted practice news chat and gossip plus interviews with all the dancers. The judges are Len Goodman ,Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli with 2007 winner Alesha Dixon, to be joined by Royal ballet star Darcey Bussel from the quarter final.
